Key performance areas: * Assist with identifying, assessing and resolving issues/problems within own area of responsibility * Maintain effective internal/external client/user relationships * Execute unit testing and string testing and business scenario testing solutions * Provide user support including dealing with Helpdesk issues as required * Assist with preparation of training and business requirements documentation.
