REQUIREMENTS:
* Grade 12 or equivalent
* Bookkeeping certificate or similar
* 2-5 years experience in finance required
* Previous experience with Pastel and iQ Retail advantageous
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic understanding of Accounting principals
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Hard working and self-motivated
* Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with a cross functional team
* Own transport
DUTIES:
* General finance administration
* Petty cash processing and Reconciliation
* Cash book processing and reconciliation
* Debtors Reconciliations and Queries
* Processing and Reconciliation of Local creditor accounts
* Processing of Adhoc/Nominal payments and beneficiaries
* Updating and maintaining filing system and records
* Assisting with Stocktaking where needed
* Identify and address any discrepancies
* Showroom Administrative tasks
* Assisting FM and Directors with adhoc tasks to ensure smooth office operations
