Minimum requirements: + The Wages HR Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all wage-related HR functions, including payroll accuracy, timekeeping, employee records, compliance, and workforce reporting. The role ensures efficient HR operations for wage staff while maintaining compliance with labour legislation and supporting overall business performance.
