A leading international eCommerce retailer specialising in professional massage, spa, and medical equipment is looking for a highly skilled E-commerce Sales Representative to join its remote team. Operating across the United States and Canada, the business supplies a wide range of products to professionals including therapists, medical practitioners, and institutions, with a strong online presence supported by its own storefront and major marketplace platforms.
This role functions as the sole sales representative within the business, acting as the primary point of contact for both large and small customers. The position focuses on managing inbound, high-intent leads, guiding customers through product selection, preparing quotes, overcoming objections, and closing sales efficiently. It is best suited to a confident closer who thrives in an autonomous environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and can adapt quickly to customer needs while maintaining a high standard of communication and sales execution.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12
Sales Qualification
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Sales Representative or Account Executive
Previous eCommerce sales or customer service experience
Proven experience quoting and closing customers online or over the phone on a daily basis
Strong online and telephonic sales skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work independently and autonomously
Strong computer literacy with speed and accuracy
Duties and Responsibilities:
Close warm inbound leads generated through online storefront and marketing channels
Manage customer service and sales-related projects
Assist with miscellaneous marketing-related projects
Build rapport and trust with customers through effective discovery and communication
Guide customers through product selection and provide consultative sales support
Draft accurate sales quotes and manage written communication with a high level of detail
Follow up on leads using sales best practices to ensure conversion
Achieve revenue targets through inbound lead management and follow-up
Conduct outbound calls and emails to past customers when required
Perform cold outreach (calls and emails) if needed
Learn and apply product knowledge, customer segments, and internal sales processes
Adhere to and apply established sales Standard Operating Procedures
Manage multiple sales processes and projects simultaneously
Work proactively, taking initiative and ownership of performance
Adapt to changing business priorities and workload requirements
Maintain flexibility in task prioritisation week-to-wee
