Key Responsibilities: * Team leadership: Oversee a team of junior recruiters, ensuring they accurately match candidates to job specs provided daily for roles in South Africa and international markets. * Mentor and train recruiters in understanding industry-specific job specs, candidate qualifications, and sourcing best practices. * Conduct Boolean searches and advanced sourcing techniques to identify top talent efficiently. * Ensure the team effectively utilises career portals such as PNet, , and LinkedIn Recruiter to source and engage candidates. * Evaluate and approve candidate shortlists, ensuring alignment with client requirements in finance, IT, engineering, supply chain or manufacturing. * Provide constructive feedback and structured coaching to help recruiters refine their sourcing and matching abilities. * Monitor recruiter performance and ensure high standards in candidate quality and submission processes. * Advise junior consultants on professional and positive responses to clients when required, ensuring strong client relationships. * Stay updated on industry hiring trends, certifications, and evolving role expectations to guide the team effectively.
