Automotive - Automotive Technician Cape Town FULL TIME Job Summary Key Responsibilities: * Website Development & Experience Design: Build and optimize conversion-focused landing pages, implement new layouts, and enhance UX/UI within a WordPress environment. Design user journeys aimed at increasing lead generation. * Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Conduct A/B testing, develop and implement new ideas, and optimize calls-to-action and page structures. Analyze user behavior to improve performance and conversion rates. * Technical Maintenance & Performance: Manage plugins, troubleshoot technical issues, improve website security, and maintain hosting environments. Ensure strong mobile responsiveness and overall site performance. * Technical SEO Support: Support SEO initiatives by implementing technical recommendations, optimizing site speed, managing schema, and maintaining an SEO-friendly structure. * Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with Marketing, Growth, Content, and SEO teams to prioritize improvements and provide performance insights.
