Job Summary
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide general administrative support to the office and management team
* Assist with fleet administration, including vehicle records, licenses, and service schedules
* Coordinate vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs
* Track and update fleet documentation and ensure compliance
* Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and service providers
* Handle basic reporting, data capturing, and filing
* Support daily operational tasks to ensure smooth business functioning
* Answer calls, respond to emails, and assist with general queries
* Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up to date
REQUIREMENTS:
* 1–3 years’ experience in an administrative role (fleet/admin experience advantageous)
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
* Confident, friendly, and professional communication skills
* Team player with a strong work ethic
* Computer literate (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook)
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Able to adapt quickly and take initiative
* Presentable, energetic, and reliable
