Strategic business development * Actively identifying and capturing new business opportunities to expand the brand's footprint. 3. Customer Advocacy: * Guiding clients through the product portfolio to ensure they select the most effective and suitable options for their unique requirements. 4. Market Intelligence: * Serving as a vital feedback loop by reporting on competitive landscapes, customer pain points, and potential areas for service innovation. 5. Continuous improvement: * Maintaining a high level of expertise regarding industry shifts, advertising trends, and new product developments to ensure a sophisticated sales delivery.
