What you’ll do: * Lead your cluster to hit and exceed sales targets. * Roll out promotions and campaigns with accuracy and energy. * Support and coach Store Managers and staff to grow performance. * Oversee stock takes and ensure results are clean and accurate. * Manage stock movement between stores to balance supply and keep shelves full. * Keep merchandising standards high so stores look sharp and customers stay engaged. * Monitor daily KPIs and step in quickly when things go off track. * Drive customer service excellence across all stores. * Ensure payroll, schedules, and operational processes are followed correctly. * Spot opportunities to improve efficiency and cut unnecessary costs. * Provide clear, simple reports and updates to senior management. * Build a positive team culture that recognises and rewards great performance.
