Job Summary
Duties and Responsibilities
* Analyse, design, and implement business process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
* Lead and manage a team responsible for process optimisation and operational excellence.
* Identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies within current business processes.
* Develop and implement standardised processes, policies, and procedures.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to align processes with business objectives.
* Monitor performance metrics and ensure KPIs are achieved.
* Provide strategic input into operational and financial planning.
* Facilitate change management and ensure successful implementation of new processes.
* Conduct process audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations.
* Mentor, guide, and develop team members.
Minimum Requirements
* Relevant qualification in Financial Management, Industrial Engineering, or Chartered Accountant (CA).
* Experience with Microsoft Teams & Microsoft Excel (Advanced).
* Experience with SAP.
* Experience with process mapping tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma – advantageous).
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
* Proven experience in business process management, improvement, or operational strategy.
* Strong leadership and team management experience.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong understanding of financial and operational processes.
* Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
