This is a strategic leadership role. It is fundamental in embedding a culture of continuous learning, enabling performance excellence and strengthening leadership pipelines across the organisation. The role ensures that RMA employees are equipped with the skills, capabilities and future-focused competencies required to meet current operational demands and evolving business needs. It governs leadership development, succession planning, skills development compliance and strategic learning partnerships, ensuring that learning investment translates into measurable organisational impact.
