2. Position Overview
Our client is looking for a Multiplier General Manager (GM) to lead a fast-growing, multi-entity business environment.
This is not a traditional management role.
This is a leadership role for someone who can bring structure into complexity, drive execution, and build systems that scale.
The GM will oversee a central Head Office managing multiple franchise and operational entities, ensuring performance across all areas of the business.

You will operate in a business that is:
* Managing multiple entities from one Head Office
* Serving a growing client base across 12 service types
* Employing teams across:
+ Admin
+ Sales / Customer Care Consultants
+ Supervisors
+ Cleaning personnel
The business is transitioning from informal processes to structured, system-driven operations.
This creates both:
* Challenges (operational pressure, systems gaps, financial discipline)
* Opportunities (growth, commercial contracts, national scale)

4. Role Purpose
The General Manager is responsible for:
* Driving performance across operations, people, finance, sales, and systems
* Building structure and accountability
* Ensuring consistent execution across all teams
5. Core Responsibilities
5.1 Operations
* Oversee daily service delivery
* Ensure consistency and quality
* Manage scheduling and execution
5.2 People & Leadership
* Manage and develop staff across all levels
* Address underperformance
* Build a culture of accountability and growth
5.3 Financial Discipline
* Manage debtors and cash flow
* Oversee supplier relationships
* Ensure financial processes are followed
5.4 Sales & Growth Support
* Improve sales pipeline visibility
* Support conversion of opportunities into revenue
* Work with Customer Care Consultants and business development
5.5 Systems & Structure
* Implement SOPs and processes
* Drive CRM and reporting usage
* Establish daily, weekly, and monthly routines
5.6 Strategic Execution
* Identify priorities
* Focus on high-impact actions
* Drive continuous improvement
6. What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Multiplier GM, not a coordinator.
