We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing bookkeeping functions across multiple entities, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the finance department with reporting and compliance. Key Responsibilities:Maintain and manage full bookkeeping function up to trial balanceProcess accounts payableMonthly creditors and inter-company loan reconciliationsPerform bank reconciliationsProcess payroll JournalsHP agreement Finance ChargesFixed Assets and DepreciationMonthly Property Control Account Reconciliation
Requirements:
* Diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance
* Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a bookkeeping or similar role
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
* Proficiency in Sage Pastel
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
