The successful candidate will translate business requirements into clear functional documentation, support project delivery, and ensure alignment between business and technical teams in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. Responsibilities: - Gather and document business and reporting requirements - Translate business needs into functional specifications and documentation - Document processes, procedures, and workflows - Support project delivery and backlog grooming within the PMO - Manage requirement changes and maintain BA documentation - Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure deliverables meet requirements - Continuously improve analysis tools, processes, and documentation standards - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment Requirements: - Relevant tertiary qualification - 3–5 years’ Business Analyst experience - Strong understanding of the payments industry (retail, digital, banking, card schemes, EFT, settlement, acquiring) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Draw.io - Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills - Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional specification writing - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Valid driver’s licence and own transport - Fluent in business English (additional languages advantageous) Benefits - Salary: negotiable.
