Core Criteria: * Relevant spa or beauty therapy qualification (CIDESCO, ITEC, or equivalent). * Previous experience in a lodge, hotel, or resort spa environment preferred. * Excellent interpersonal and guest-service skills. * Professional appearance and demeanor. * Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays. * Physically fit and able to stand for long periods. * Knowledge of spa products and treatments. Candidate Responsibilities: * Provide a range of treatments such as massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, and body therapies. * Conduct guest consultations to determine treatment needs and preferences. * Ensure treatment rooms and spa areas are clean, hygienic, and well-prepared. * Maintain high standards of guest service and confidentiality. * Promote and upsell spa treatments, retail products, and wellness packages. * Manage bookings and treatment schedules in coordination with reception. * Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering spa products and supplies. * Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times. * Support overall guest experience by working closely with camp operations and front-of-house teams.
