Job Summary
About the roleProvide administrative support to Attorneys and Candidate Attorneys.
Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to Attorneys and Candidate Attorneys.
* Ability to take and execute instructions within specified deadlines.
* Drafting & paginating of legal documents.
* Answering telephones and taking messages from clients.
* Proper filing and organising of files and other legal documents.
Minimum Requirements
* South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
* Must not have participated on the YES programme before.
* Matric.
* Related tertiary qualifications (Legal Secretary N6 or Related National Diploma).
* Computer literate (Full proficiency and ability to utilise and operate all suites of Microsoft Office.).
* Proficient typist.
* Experience in admin work will be added as an advantage.
* Must reside in or around Polokwane.
* Fluent in English and Sepedi and other languages will be added as an advantage.
* Meticulous and attention to details.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Driver’s licence will be added as an advantage.
