Operating as a small, owner-run business, the company partners closely with international travel advisors to design highly personalised itineraries, with a strong focus on flow, detail, and seamless execution. The environment is fast-paced and high-standard, requiring accuracy, accountability, and clear communication at all times. Candidate Responsibilities: * Manage FIT enquiries and convert them into detailed, well-structured travel proposals * Design tailor-made itineraries across Southern Africa * Handle bookings from quote stage through to confirmation * Liaise with suppliers and secure availability * Ensure all documentation (itineraries, vouchers, invoices) is accurate and complete * Manage amendments and client requests efficiently * Work within internal systems and processes to maintain consistency and quality * Communicate clearly and professionally with international travel advisors Core Criteria: * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a travel consulting or tour operating role * Proven experience with tailor-made / FIT itineraries (essential) * Strong understanding of Southern Africa destinations (preferred) * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills * Ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously * Fast, clear, and professional communication skills * Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks * Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment * Only candidates with prior experience in tailor-made FIT travel consulting will be considered Package: * Part-time role (±30 hours per week) * Salary: R15,000 – R18,000 per month (depending on experience) * Performance-based commission structure in place (discussed during the interview process) * Flexible, primarily remote working environment * Optional in-person onboarding sessions in the Wellington area if required This is a live-out position.
