We’re looking for someone who understands how invoicing works on sites, projects, and progress billing— and you’re not afraid to chase payments and resolve issues. Core Focus - Responsibility * Manage invoicing linked to projects, job cards, and progress billing * Follow up on outstanding payments and keep cash flow moving * Reconcile accounts and resolve client queries quickly * Work closely with site teams and project managers to ensure accurate billing * Assist with month-end and basic reporting Requirements: * 2–4 years’ experience in debtors / accounts * Construction, engineering, or project-based experience is essential * Strong Excel + accounting system experience (Sage, Pastel, BuildSmart etc.) * Confident communicator — able to deal with clients professionally * Detail-driven, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
