IT/Computer - Other IT/Computer Gauteng FULL TIME Job Summary Job Title: Unified Communications (UC) Solutions Architect Location: Gauteng Responsibilities: • Conduct site visits and engage directly with clients to assess solution requirements • Investigate and evaluate the most appropriate UC and AV technologies for each project • Prepare detailed technical submissions for public and private sector tenders • Develop schematics, system diagrams and infrastructure layouts using Microsoft Visio and Stardraw • Create technical design documents, as-built documentation, and project support material • Sign off and validate all solution specifications and commercial quotations • Provide ongoing technical liaison with customers throughout the project lifecycle • Collaborate with internal sales, engineering, and project teams to ensure alignment of designs with operational delivery • Remain up to date on market trends, emerging technologies, and vendor updates in the Unified Communications space. Requirements • Minimum 5 years' experience in Unified Communications, AV Integration, or IT Systems Architecture • Proven ability to design and price complex UC/AV solutions • Strong knowledge of UC platforms such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Yealink, Poly, Logitech, or Cisco Webex, Creston, Extron and Leading AV technologies. • Demonstrated experience in compiling commercial quotations and Bill of Materials • Proficient in Microsoft Visio, Stardraw, and general documentation tools (Word, Excel, PDF markups) • Strong understanding of IP networking, signal flow, cabling, and audiovisual system integration • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites • Self-motivated and capable of working independently and across teams Advantageous • Experience in large-scale tenders or public sector submissions • Exposure to integrated control room or video wall environments • Familiarity with project management tools and timelines. • Knowledge of SANS standards and structured cabling protocols To apply share your CV , Qualifications , Payslip to AtripleA recruitment & temps Recruiter
