We are seeking an experienced, organised, and proactive Site/Project Manager to oversee landscaping and earthworks projects. – *Visit www.capecontours.co.za for more information* DATE OF COMMENCEMENT This vacancy is available immediately ROLE OVERVIEW The role involves planning, coordinating, and managing project execution while ensuring budgets, deadlines, and quality standards are met. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Plan and manage landscape installation projects, meeting deadlines and budgets * Negotiate and administer contracts (JBCC, GCC, NEC) * Build and maintain professional relationships with architects, designers, contractors, suppliers, and clients * Monitor quality and ensure customer satisfaction * Identify upselling opportunities to achieve sales and profit targets * Coordinate site supervisors, labour, suppliers, and service providers efficiently * Conduct site inspections and resolve issues promptly * Support recruitment, training, motivation, and performance management of staff * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security procedures * Participate in industrial relations processes as required
