We are looking for a highly organised, detail-driven Marketing Execution Lead to take ownership of campaign rollout and ensure flawless execution across all marketing channels Key Responsibilities: - Translate campaign strategy into detailed execution plans - Manage timelines across content, influencers, paid media, and activations - Coordinate internal teams and external partners - Own the planning and delivery of photo and video shoots (agency coordination, briefing, timelines) - Ensure all campaigns go live on time and to a high standard - Identify and resolve bottlenecks proactively Success in this role looks like: - Campaigns run on time, every time - Clear structure across a previously fragmented team - High-quality content delivered consistently - This is a high-impact role working directly with leadership and will play a key role in scaling the brand.
