This role will focus on building a scalable network of creators, athletes, and brand advocates to drive awareness, content, and retail demand. Key Responsibilities: * Identify, recruit, and manage influencers and brand ambassadors * Coordinate product seeding and ongoing relationships * Generate and manage user-generated content (UGC) * Brief influencers in line with campaign messaging * Work closely with the content and marketing team to turn UGC into high-performing content * Collaborate with our activations team to capture real-world content * A growing network of active creators * Consistent flow of authentic content * Strong link between influencer activity and retail demand * This is a growth-focused role with significant opportunity to build and scale a core marketing channel.
