Employer: Persona Staff Sales Representative (Tyres) – Ladismith | Newcastle (KZN) Automotive | Sales | Tyre IndustryPermanent | Field-based Our client, an established national importer and distributor, is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join their team within the tyre division, servicing the KZN regions such as Ladismith & Newcastle  This role focuses on driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and providing expert tyre solutions across passenger, commercial, and specialised segments. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge and a proven ability to close deals in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities: * Sell a wide range of passenger, commercial, and specialty tyres * Identify customer needs and recommend suitable tyre solutions * Build and maintain strong client relationships * Manage the full sales process from initial contact to deal closure * Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory * Handle customer queries and resolve any issues professionally * Maintain accurate sales records and reporting * Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors * Work collaboratively within the sales team to drive business growth Requirements: * Proven sales experience, preferably within the tyre or automotive industry * Strong understanding of tyre products, applications, and market dynamics * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Proven track record of achieving sales targets * Proficiency in CRM or sales management systems * Valid driver’s license * Ability to work independently and within a team * Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans Benefits: * Competitive salary with commission structure * Company vehicle and cell phone allowance * Pension and medical aid * Ongoing training and development opportunities To apply, please send your CV to craig@personastaff.co.za   Please note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted within 48 hours.
