Entyce is looking for a detail-driven Supply Chain Coordinator (Customer DCs) who can ensure stock flows translate into sales execution.

This role sits at the critical link between sales demand and product availability within customer Distribution Centres. It ensures that what we plan and sell is consistently delivered, stocked, and available without inefficiencies, delays, or stock losses.
This is not a passive coordination role. It requires someone who is proactive, analytical, and comfortable working across systems, teams, and customer environments to resolve issues and keep operations running smoothly.
Reporting Structure:
* Reports to: Regional Sales Manager
* Direct Reports: None
Key Areas of Impact:
DC Stock Management & Availability
* Monitor and reconcile stock levels across customer DCs against internal systems
* Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies proactively
* Manage stock levels to prevent shortages, overstock, and write-offs
* Ensure effective stock rotation and minimise expired or damaged stock
Order Flow & Logistics Coordination
* Manage the end-to-end order flow from placement through to delivery
* Coordinate closely with planning and logistics teams to ensure alignment
* Track delivery bookings, identify delays, and resolve operational challenges
* Address DC inefficiencies that impact service levels
Customer & DC Engagement
* Build strong working relationships with customer DC stakeholders
* Conduct regular DC visits to maintain visibility and control
* Communicate proactively on stock risks, delays, and operational changes
* Align DC execution with sales priorities and business expectations
Sales & Promotional Alignment
* Align stock planning with promotional activity and demand cycles
* Ensure correct volumes are in place ahead of campaigns and launches
* Support new product listings and ensure readiness within DCs
Reporting & Operational Insight
* Produce accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
* Analyse stock levels, order patterns, and sales trends
* Provide insights to improve stock flow, availability, and performance
Cross-Functional Coordination
* Work closely with sales, planning, and field teams to resolve issues
* Support store-level challenges through DC intervention
* Ensure alignment across teams to maintain execution standards
What It Takes to Succeed:
Experience that set you up for success:
* 5 –7 years’ experience in warehouse, distribution, or supply chain roles
* Proven experience within an FMCG environment (essential)
* Strong exposure to customer DC operations and stock management
* Experience working across sales, logistics, and planning functions
* Track record of resolving operational challenges in real time
Qualifications & Certifications that will contribute to your success:
* Matric (*essential*)
* Qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business will be advantageous
