Key Responsibilities * Sell automotive parts and accessories to retail, trade, and internal workshop customers * Accurately identify parts using electronic parts catalogues (EPC) and VIN numbers * Handle counter, telephonic, and online sales enquiries * Prepare quotations and convert them into sales * Ensure accurate processing of orders, invoices, and returns * Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and workshop staff * Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control * Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to departmental profitability * Support promotions and marketing campaigns
