Employer: MPRTC Recruitment We are seeking a Junior HR Assistant. This is a temp position, three to six months.The ideal candidate is able to handle pressure while managing approximately 12 HR tasks per month. Reliable own transportation is required. This role will focus primarily on recruitment with opportunities for career progression into Talent Acquisition or broader HR functions. Requirements: - 3–5 years of solid recruitment experience (job sites, platforms, agency liaison). - Experience in logistics, trucking, or automotive preferred. - HR diploma or recruitment-related certification/course. - Stable work history with at least 2 years in a recruitment-focused role at current/previous company. - Well-spoken, polite, professional, and able to work under pressure. - Own reliable transport.
