Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentProactively source and develop new connectivity sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generationSell fibre, wireless connectivity (LTE/5G), VoIP, cloud and managed connectivity solutionsConduct client needs analysis and propose suitable connectivity solutionsPrepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposalsNegotiate pricing, contracts, and service level agreements in line with company policyMeet or exceed monthly and annual sales targetsAccount ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clientsUpsell and cross-sell additional connectivity and ICT solutionsManage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closureEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and retentionTechnical & Solution SupportLiaise with technical and provisioning teams to ensure accurate solution designAssist clients with product selection, implementation timelines, and onboardingEnsure smooth handover of closed deals to implementation teamsAdministration & ReportingMaintain accurate client and sales records on CRM systemsTrack pipeline activity and provide regular sales reportsKeep up to date with connectivity products, pricing, and market trendsMarket AwarenessStay informed on competitor offerings and pricing structuresIdentify new market opportunities and industry developments
Required Skills and Competencies
+ Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
+ Excellent communication and presentation abilities
+ Good understanding of connectivity solutions (fibre, wireless, VoIP, cloud)
+ Ability to explain technical solutions in a simple, customer-friendly manner
+ Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
+ Strong time management and organizational skills
Qualifications and Experience
+ Matric (Grade 12) – essential
+ Relevant sales or ICT qualification – advantageous
+ Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in B2B sales (connectivity / telecoms / ICT preferred)
+ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
+ Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle (often required)

+ Basic salary + commission structure
