Job Purpose
Responsible for performing a clerical service for the Service Centre to achieve the effective and efficient administration of the Service Centre.
Education and Experience
Grade 12, Tertiary Qualification in Human Resource Management / Business Administration (Compulsory). 3+ years experience in an Administrative role in the same or similar role
Required Job Competencies
* Execute general administration for the Service Centre as required
* Action employee clocking data on a daily basis and submit through to the HR department for payment of salaries
* Investigate and resolve salary, leave etc. queries of all Warehouse employees
* Compile relevant employee reports for the Line Manager
* Execute Service Centre inventory control and safekeeping practices
* Execute activities to comply with relevant safety policies and procedures
* Deal with internal and external customers in a customer-centric manner
* Effective self-management and teamwork
* Ability to multi-skill across departments where and when required
