Minimum Qualification, Knowledge and/or Experience * A relevant master’s-level degree (i.e., M Tech/MSc/NQF 9 or equivalent) in Built Environment-related qualifications (e.g., Construction management or Quantity Surveying). * Undergraduate and/or postgraduate qualification (e.g., Bachelor's degree, Honours, or Postgraduate Diploma in Built Environment-related qualifications. * An average of 70% or above in the highest degree. * At least two years’ teaching/lecturing/industry experience relevant to the subject fields. Desired Qualification, Knowledge and/or Experience * Evidence of progress towards a Doctoral degree in Built Environment-related topics. * Any acknowledged research publication or innovation in the built environment. * Registration as a candidate with SACQSP, SACPCMP, or similar.
