A Receptionist is required for a Parktown‑based office, seeking a dynamic and well‑presented young woman to manage front‑office duties and create a professional first point of contact.
Reception Duties:
+ Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and contractors
+ Manage the reception area to ensure a professional appearance
+ Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
+ Receive, log, and distribute deliveries
+ Control site access and ensure visitors sign in and out (including indemnity forms where required)
+ Issue subcontractor badges and enforce access procedures
+ Manage site office telephone lines
Site Administration Duties:
+ Maintain accurate site records, files, and registers
+ Capture daily attendance for staff and contractors
+ Prepare, update, and file site documentation
+ Manage construction team procurement correspondence and emails
+ Order and control office and site stationery
+ Maintain health and safety files and compliance documents
+ Track invoices, delivery notes, and basic cost records
+ Maintain the site asset register and tool lists
+ Assist with meeting coordination and take minutes when required
+ Report incidents, damages, or administrative issues to management
+ Provide general administrative support to the Office Manager, Senior Contracts Manager, and Director
