Employer: Multotec (Pty) Ltd JOB FUNCTION CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ·        Respond to all customer technical queries within 24 hours. ·        Interpret client specifications and provide tailored solutions for mill liners, chute linings, and related equipment. ·        Assist sales team with any technical queries/presentations and client meetings. ·        Respond to customer complaints within 24 hours. DOCUMENTATION ·        Develop and prepare detailed technical proposals and quotations for mining and engineering projects. ·        Log incidents and innovations on Sheqsys as they arise. ·        Interpret client specifications and provide tailored solutions for product line and related equipment. STAKEHOLDER LIAISON ·        Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy of proposals. ·        Check technical and commercial conditions with relevant managers to minimise the risk to Multotec. ·        Complete technical proposal check list upon handover to Commercial Department. ·        Follow up with sales engineers/clients to ensure that all documentation is received and processed accordingly. TECHNICAL QUOTATIONS ·        Complete technical quotations and sizing within the customer’s requested date. ·        Ensure the enquired equipment’s are sized accurately. ·        Advise internal sales and sales on technical limitations when necessary. ·        Visit sites when required to advise customers and submit quotations. ·        Include technical conditions in quotations to minimise risk to Multotec.
