Employer: Placement Point (Pty) Ltd A well-established Aircraft company seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow sales operations. Qualification: ·       Bachelor’s degree in business, Aviation Management, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus) ·       Minimum of 5 years’ experience in aircraft sales or high-value asset sales ·       Strong understanding of aircraft types, values, and the aviation sales process (including documentation, escrow, and registration) ·       Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills ·       Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets ·       Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision ·       Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite ·       Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required Preferred Attributes ·       Existing network within the aviation industry (operators, brokers, OEMs, etc.) ·       Multilingual skills are a plus ·       FAA or EASA aviation certifications (pilot license, maintenance background, etc.) are an advantage
