Responsibilities: * Development: Architect, develop, and maintain internal and client-facing functionality across the full development lifecycle. * Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and reusable code utilizing best practices (SOLID, DRY, KISS). * Refactoring: Assist with refactoring legacy code into the new Symfony / ReactJS system. * APIs: Create and consume APIs (REST and SOAP). * Operations: Assist with maintaining and improving our AWS-based production environment. Minimum Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). * PHP: $2+$ years of practical Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) experience (no WordPress). * Frameworks: $2+$ years of practical experience with an PHP MVC framework (Symfony preferred, Laravel accepted). * Database: $2+$ years of practical experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL. * Source Control: $2+$ years of practical experience with Git. * Environment: Comfortable working in a Linux environment (Ubuntu).
