Requirements:
5+ years relevant experience working for a reputable construction company
· Education: Relevant qualification in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
Proven experience working on residential, retail and industrial buildings
Skilled in concrete flooring, concrete foundations, building and steel structure erection
Registration with SACPCMP
Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion
· Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
· Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
· Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations and company standards
· Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and clients to maintain alignment
· Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any on-site challenges efficiently
