Employer: Vine Recruitment Our client in the Boland is seeking a Procurement Manager to drive cost savings and optimise supply chains in a fast-paced environment. The role involves hands-on procurement, forecasting, and financial oversight to ensure efficient and profitable operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage procurement of raw materials, packaging, and other supplies Develop sourcing strategies and build supplier partnerships Lead forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory management Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance Monitor stock levels and resolve shortages/surpluses Oversee warehouse team and administration support Control procurement spend and identify cost-saving opportunities Manage purchase orders, invoices, and supplier agreements Track and report on key procurement metrics Requirements: Relevant qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Business Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement Strong sourcing, negotiation, and project management skills Experience with forecasting, planning, and ERP systems (Syspro advantageous) Key Skills: Strong analytical and financial skills Excellent communication and relationship management Detail-oriented with high accuracy Strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Please email your CV through to annemie@vinerecruitment.co.za with a photo, salary expectation, location and availability
