Location: Pretorius Park, Pretoria
Salary:
Our client is in the finance industry is looking for an Office Coordinator to provide Front Office Support and Customer Service in line with SLA
Responsibilities:
• Office Management and Support
• Inventory and sourcing of supplies
• Health and safety
• Physical Security
• Repairs and Maintenance
• Marketing, IT and HR Support as per the General Operations Metrics and Outcomes document
• Motor Vehicle Management
• Premises Management
• Travel Arrangements / B&B Co-ordination
Requirements:
• Matric
• 3 Years' Experience in an Office Management role
• Experience in people management
• 1 Year Client Services
