Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
* Set up and manage onsite registration systems for high-end corporate events
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to registration software and hardware
* Oversee attendee check-ins and badge printing, ensuring a seamless experience
* Ensure network stability and functionality for all registration stations
* Collaborate with event staff and IT teams to optimize the registration process
* Provide detailed post-event reporting and valuable insights
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in event registration, event technology, or IT support
* Strong networking and troubleshooting skills
* Ability to manage multiple registration stations and staff with ease
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Own transport is required
* Must reside in and around the City Centre area / V&A waterfront / ICC / Rondebosch
