Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the dealership
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to delivery of vehicle
- Stay current on product knowledge and market trends in the automotive industry
- Negotiate and close sales deals with customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent after-sales service
- Collaborate with other departments within the dealership to ensure smooth transactions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive sales, preferably with VW vehicles
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of finance and insurance products related to vehicle sales
Preferred Qualifications:
- Automotive sales training or certification
- Proficiency in using CRM software
