Job Summary
A well-established Insurance Brokerage in Pretoria East is looking for aClaims Administrator to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be required to liaise with customers, insurance agents, assessors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely claims processing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process and administer personal lines insurance claims.
* Collect and assess required documentation.
* Liaise with policyholders, adjusters, and service providers.
* Provide clear, professional communication to customers.
* Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
* Maintain accurate claim records and databases.
Requirements:
* Matric
* RE5
* DOFA (Required)
* Class of Business Qualification (Personal & Commercial) – Advantageous
* Additional relevant qualifications (e.g., BA, BCom) – Beneficial
* Experience in insurance claims administration preferred
Remuneration:
R17K- R22K (depending on experience and education)
