Our client looking for a Receptionist & Accounts Clerk in Lonehill and surrounding areas, Salary is R 15 000.00 CTC
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Familiar with and have worked on an accounting package
+ Responsible for capturing invoices, processing medical aid claims via the electronic software
+ Recon statements and bank payments, capturing of payments, recon age analysis, and credit card payments
+ Preparing quotations and invoices and follow up with the patient
+ Strong Excel, Word, and email experience
+ Diary scheduling of patient appointments
+ Preparing orders to go out via courier or for collection
+ Assist with stock take, stock balancing
+ Answering calls, message taking, general office filing, administration
+ Meet and greet of visitors to our offices
+ Good clear communication skills (do liaise with our medical professionals, medical aids, suppliers, referring specialists etc.)
+ Presentable, well spoken, in both English and Afrikaans, good writing skills
+ Attention to detail
+ Matric as minimum qualification with any post study a benefit
+ Having worked in a medical aid call centre for example would be beneficial
+ Drivers licence / own transport
Training will be provided on internal accounting and medical aid systems.
