(Must) + SAP warehouse management experience. (Must) + Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data and trend analysis. (Must) + Experience in food manufacturing (HACCP/GMP). (Advantage) Duties & Responsibilities + Oversee receiving, storage, picking, dispatching. + Ensure FIFO/FEFO and stock accuracy. + Conduct Full stock take, cycle counts and investigate variances. + Manage staff and shift planning. + Ensure Food Safety, GMP, and audit readiness. + Coordinate transport and dispatch planning. + Maintain warehouse equipment. + Meet warehouse KPIs and drive continuous improvement. + Monitor condition of warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, racks, scanners) + Arrange repairs and maintenance when needed + Ensure safe operation of forklifts and lifting equipment + Manage warehouse staff, forklift drivers, truck drivers, and pickers + Plan shifts and allocate tasks according to workload + Train and monitor employees on SOPs, hygiene, and safe work practices + Conduct performance reviews and disciplinary processes when required (with HR) + Ensure warehouse meets audit requirements (customer audits, FSSC, internal audits) Consultant: Mari Daley - Dante Personnel East Rand Apply via our website www.dantesa.co.za If you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessful
