Job Summary
Key Requirements:
* Proven excellent sales track record, with the ability to consistently meet and exceed targets
* Experience in the sale of oil/lubricant products and batteries will be highly advantageous
* Fluent in English and Afrikaans (essential)
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
* Valid driver’s licence (essential)
* Willingness to travel to meet clients and grow business opportunities
* Technical aptitude/skills will be advantageous, particularly in understanding product specifications and client requirements
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and secure new business opportunities within the market
* Promote and sell oil products, lubricants, and batteries to new and existing clients
* Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Provide expert product advice and tailored solutions to clients
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
* Ensure excellent after-sales service and customer satisfaction
