The ideal candidate will be responsible for the effective planning, implementation, and monitoring of maintenance activities to ensure optimal production and operational efficiency. Qualifications & Experience * Minimum of 5 years’ relevant maintenance experience * Mechanical and/or electrical qualification and/or experience is essential * Computer literate (MS Office and Pastel) * Technical knowledge of steelwork, irrigation systems, electronics, mechanisation, and automation will be advantageous Key Responsibilities * Prioritise and successfully complete maintenance projects * Manage and implement preventative maintenance processes * Issue and monitor job cards * Effectively manage, develop, and utilise staff * Oversee maintenance of vehicles and implements * Monitor and control equipment and inventory * Monitor logbooks and fuel consumption * Handle all maintenance-related administration * Develop and annually review standard operating procedures (SOPs) * Develop and annually review maintenance team duty schedules * Manage the maintenance budget * Implement and enforce disciplinary standards Staff Solutions Recruiter
