Key Responsibilities: * Perform fabrication, assembly, and welding of metal components * Read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications * Carry out repairs and maintenance on equipment and structures * Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards * Conduct cutting, shaping, and fitting of materials * Inspect finished work to ensure accuracy and compliance * Work closely with production and engineering teams * Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Requirements: * Qualified Boilermaker (Trade Tested / Red Seal preferred) * Proven experience in manufacturing or heavy engineering environments * Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Experience in welding and metal fabrication * Good understanding of health and safety standards * Ability to work independently and as part of a team This role is suited to a hands-on artisan with strong technical skills and attention to detail, who takes pride in delivering high-quality fabrication work.   To apply, please send your CV to craig@personastaff.co.za   Please note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted within 48 hours.
