Building/Construction/Mining - Other Building/Construction/Mining East London PART TIME Job Summary Requirements: * A relevant BSc / Btech or National Diploma in Quantity Surveying and Project Management * Must be registered with SACPCMP, or eligible to register * At least 8 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor/ Project Manager/Construction Manager of medium to large company. * Have sound experience as a contracts manager and quantity surveyor in General Buildings (GB), Electrical Works (EB), Mechanical Works (ME), Civil Works (CE) and Structural Works. * Excellent IT skills and working knowledge of relevant software (Microsoft, CCS and Xero). * Must be able to estimate. * Planning, Forecasting, Cashflow, Subcontract Manager, Cost and allowable. * Experience in Building& Civil Projects. * A valid South African Driver’s licence.
