About the Role: We are seeking a high-level Brand and Growth Manager to support the development and execution of a wellness clinic's personal brand across digital platforms. This role goes beyond social media management, combining content creation, strategic direction, and growth planning to build authority, expand reach, and drive patient acquisition. The ideal candidate will produce high-quality short-form content while also helping shape messaging, guide content strategy, and optimize performance across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. Acting as a key partner, this person will translate brand direction into impactful content that strengthens online presence and delivers measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Growth
* Develop and support personal brand positioning across digital platforms
* Contribute to long-term content and growth strategy aligned with clinic goals
* Identify opportunities to strengthen brand authority, trust, and visibility
* Guide platform-specific strategy for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and other relevant channels
Content Creation & Execution
* Edit high-quality short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
* Apply strong storytelling principles, hooks, captions, and trend-aware editing
* Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and conversion objectives
Patient Acquisition & Conversion Support
* Create and optimize content with a focus on driving patient inquiries and bookings (not just engagement)
* Analyze content performance to improve lead generation outcomes
* Support strategies that improve conversion from viewer to patient
Strategic Coaching & Collaboration
* Work closely with client to refine content ideas, messaging, and on-camera delivery
* Provide guidance on what content performs best and how to structure messaging for impact
* Act as a thought partner in shaping content direction and campaign ideas
Social Media Management
* Oversee scheduling and consistency of content across platforms
* Maintain an organized content calendar aligned with growth priorities
Administrative & Operational Support
* Track content performance, engagement trends, and basic reporting insights
* Maintain structured documentation of content plans and outcomes
Qualifications & Skills
Hard Skills
* Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
* Experience managing or growing social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube preferred)
* Understanding of content strategy, audience growth, and basic conversion principles
* Familiarity with scheduling tools and analytics platforms
* Strong English communication skills for U.S.-based audience targeting and patient interaction
