Clearing and Forwarding - Clearing and Forwarding Management Hoedspruit FULL TIME Job Summary The successful candidate will be expected to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of aluminium and glazing projects. To be responsible for managing projects from quotation and measurement through to manufacturing, installation, and final completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. Candidate Responsibilities: * Manage aluminium and glass projects from initial enquiry to final installation * Conduct site measurements and prepare accurate quotations * Coordinate the manufacturing and installation of aluminium windows, doors, sliding systems, shopfronts, and glazing products * Plan project timelines and ensure deadlines are met * Supervise installation teams and subcontractors on site * Ensure all work meets safety regulations and quality standards * Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle * Order materials and manage stock requirements for projects * Resolve technical issues and ensure efficient project execution * Maintain project documentation, job cards, and cost control records * Ensure client satisfaction through professional service and quality workmanship Core Criteria: * Proven experience in aluminium and glass installation or project management * Strong knowledge of aluminium window and door systems, glazing, and related hardware * Ability to read technical drawings and specifications * Experience conducting site measurements and preparing quotations * Strong organisational and project management skills * Valid driver’s license * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously This is a live-out position.
