Premium Ad Building/Construction/Mining - Other Building/Construction/Mining Hotazel FULL TIME Job Summary Description: Hire Resolve's Client is currently looking for an experienced Engineering Foreman to join their mining company based in the Northern Cape. You will be responsible for overseeing the safe and effective maintenance and operation of the crushing plant to ensure optimal equipment availability, reliability, and production support. Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate day-to-day mechanical and electrical maintenance of the crushing plant. * Ensure crushers, screens, conveyors and auxiliaries are maintained for maximum availability and throughput. * Lead artisans and operators, allocating work and enforcing safe work practices. * Plan and execute planned maintenance, breakdowns and shutdown activities. * Enforce compliance with mine safety standards, risk assessments and permit systems. * Investigate equipment failures, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. * Monitor spares usage, housekeeping standards and equipment condition.
