IT/Computer - IT Sales Western Cape FULL TIME Job Summary Key Responsibilities: * Process customer orders via telephone and email * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients * Handle incoming calls and provide product assistance and support * Liaise with suppliers and assist with the procurement of veterinary pharmaceuticals * Provide professional and efficient customer service at all times * Support internal sales functions within a collaborative team environment Requirements: * Registered Veterinary Nurse (preferred) or relevant veterinary industry experience * Previous experience in the veterinary or animal health industry * Strong customer service and relationship-building skills * Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills * Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans * Computer literate * Minimum Grade 12 * Ability to work in a team-based, open office environment Salary & Benefits: * Salary negotiable based on experience * 9% non-contributory provident fund * 15 days annual leave * Company contribution towards medical aid * Bonus / 13th cheque Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 13:00 (closed on public holidays) This role is suited to a people-oriented individual with a passion for the veterinary field and a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
