Job Summary
Skills and experience required:
* Minimum 5+ years’ experience in procurement, supply chain or logistics
* Experience working across multiple countries / markets
* Strong understanding of customs, clearing and import processes
* Experience with stock control and inventory management
* ERP experience essential (SAP Business One strongly preferred)
* Strong organisational and coordination skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Willingness to travel periodically to Mozambique
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end procurement execution across Zimbabwe and Mozambique
* Track inbound orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
* Manage and engage with local suppliers across both markets
* Coordinate customs clearance and import processes
* Oversee stock control and inventory management
* Manage Inter-Branch Transfers (IBTs)
* Maintain accurate reporting and procurement records
* Ensure alignment between procurement, logistics and operational needs
